Automatically create activity record for phone calls started from NS
I've tried scouring these forums for an answer, but have had no luck. We have our phone system linked to NetSuite via a TAPI device, and making calls from a customer record works great.
I'd really like for NS to automatically create a new activity record for an account executive when he/she makes the call. The activity record should be linked to the customer & AE, and pre-populated on the fly with the customer's & AE's data. That would allow the AE to fill in the details of the call quite quickly, and NS would have all the data about the call.
