attempted to login from an untrusted origin

we have a netsuite login form embedded in our web site so that customers can login to NS to see their cases directly from there

recently it started redirecting to a NS error page:
https://system.netsuite.com/app/login/nllogin.nl
"You have attempted to login from an untrusted origin. Click here to access a valid login page."

anyone know how to avoid this and make the login slick for the customer?
