Notification capability
Hi All,
Over the past month, NetSuite has sent notifications to administrators when they log in. The admin can't proceed to their desktop until they've checked a box saying they've read the message. Is there anyway to enable this functionality for general users of NetSuite? And / or, make it record or Entity based?... (ie, If I had a customer that was angry about something, I could create a notification so that if one of my employees opened up that customer, they'd get a quick message that would say, "watch out, customer is angry". The employee would have to acknowledge this before
