report conversion rate

Knowing a campaign's ROI is nice, but what I am really interested in is the rate of leads converted to sales. Is this a standard report that I have just not found? Is it possible to create a report for this? I am not an IT person, and the report building tutorial and documentation are sketchy, so I am hoping that someone else has built a report like this or knows where I can get one. I'd be glad to pay for it. I hate to reinvent the wheel, you know?
