Quotes in Won Opportunities (for change orders)
Hi all:
we have a tree structure business model. Meaning that a service project often gets extended with Change orders that need to be associated to the root opportunity. We are thinking of creating quotes for the Won opportunity and developing a sales process around that, essentially creating a one:many relationship between opps and quotes vs the standard one to one (I say standard because all the documentation seems geared around very simple one to one). BTW these projects can last for years and can have up to 20 change orders.
Does anyone have experience with new quotes for already-won opportunities, or one:many relationships as described here?
