Sales Process Help
We started last year with a sales process using percentages that we now want to refine and change our entire process percentages and descriptions. In reading the limited documentation on the subject, it looks like I can make new a new status, but any open leads or prospects can not be changed to the new status.
"You cannot create a new status for customers with a probability less than 100."
That does not make a lot of sense, so I am sure I am missing something. Is there an easy way to change all open items to new a status once we set up the new process?
