Uploading Files Through Online Case Forms
Now, your customers can attach files to the cases they enter through your online case forms.
This capability allows customers to attach screenshots, pictures, or other files that can help your support reps resolve these cases.
To allow files to be uploaded through an online case form, edit the online form. On the Select
Fields subtab, choose the File Upload field, and click Add.
If you are creating an HTML template for your online case form, add the <NLFILE> tag to your template where you want the File Upload field to appear.
Now, when the online case form is submitted, uploaded files are attached to the case on the files subtab and also on the Attachments subtab of the message record.
