Sales Order Import
Why is Netsuite unable to import any records? I am missing something, but not sure what. Please help.

The import was successful, but 0 records were imported
I would like to attach my CSV file in the hopes that it will help explain what I am trying to do, but I cannot see how to attach documents to the post. If I can attach it, please note that I have modified the credit card details after the fact to protect our credit details (e.g. card number, contact name, address, expiration, etc).
