Duration field on Custom Closed Support Case Summary report
I am trying to get the Duration field into a report that shows Closed Support Cases. I tried starting with the built-in Closed Support Case Summary. The Duration field does not show up in either of the lists of fields: Support Rep & Closed Support Case.
The Duration field appears on a Support Call form under Interactions -> Time subtab. It is entered by the user and I believe the data is stored in the Employee table. Which I think is the source of the problem.. I can't figure out how to link the Employee table to the Support Case table.
