Netsuite as my CMS

I have worked with Act, Goldmine, etc. They are all very user friendly with a nice GUI. Okay, I now have to work with Netsuite as my CMS and not real happy but it is what we have so I am looking for anything that can make this easier for me to use. Is there a GUI for Netsuite. Is there anyone out there coding it to make it easier for sales folks to use.
