Previous Opportunity Stage

I'd like to run a search or a report that shows what the previous stage was in a lost opportunity.  I have done a search that shows every stage or probability, but I am just looking for the last one.  Does anyone know how to do this?

I have used:

Opportunity Search
Criteria:
System Notes:Field = Probability

Results:
System Notes: Old Value

It shows me multiple records for every opportunity.  I am looking for a search that will only show one value for each opportunity.
