Case creation BCC
Hi,
We have a default gmail address to which we have set as our Setup>> Company>> Printing, Fax & Email Preferences
Global BCC List (Separate Addresses With Commas) : myaddress@gmail.com
When we create Cases we do see the BCC of case email that is going to our internal staff emails. (We also see the other invoices, sends and notifications in the other platform areas.)
We don't ever get a copy of any of the Case emails that are going to customers.
We would like to record the types of communications that they receive and when.
Does anyone know if there is a specific setting that we need to make in order to receive BCC of outgoing Case emails that are going directly to customers?
