status of estimate
We now hope that estimate's records' status could be changed to closed through editing. In fact, I have created another customer status through setup->sales->customer status->new. But even if I change the status to be close, which I have created. When I browse to the page, the page header still shows "Estimate Processed" not "Estimate Closed", however, the field for status shows the value of the customer status "closed".
A colleague of mine said that when the guy ship the items from the warehouse, the estimate will become closed. Where can I do that? Besides, is it the only way that the status could changed.
