Hi there,
We use NetSuite to product quotes and sales orders for our customers, however, due to the nature of the industry we are in we process dozens of quotes a day, for instance a customer will contact us and say we require a quote for:
10/100Mbps, 20/100Mbps, 50/100Mbps and full 100Mbps dedicated Internet connection
So it's not really feasible to use NetSuite to generate the quotes as it takes so long to fill in all the bits in the opportunity because we have to add or remove certain things like managed router, managed firewall etc. so we do the quotes via Excel and only use NetSuite if the customer agrees to go ahead with the order and then create a sales order.
