Dynamic support mail sender
We have a NetSuite customer whose business idea is to run the customers support for their customers.
Our customer is Company A
Company A take care of the support for Company B and C
If a customers of Company B or C has any problem they contact support, handled by Company A.
Company A uses the support module in Netsuite. Until now this has been working great.
But Company A now has a new customer, Customer D
Company D doesn’t think it is ok that the support mail/responses sent to their customer has Company A as a sender.
