Notify Customer Contact of Invoice
Thanks for any help on this. I realize that there could be several ways of doing this.
We would like to send out an notification to contacts of a customer that an annual subscription invoice has been sent.
So would this be a Billing Communication in set up in the Marketing System.
So... I have created a Search that get's me to the Customer List...But I want the Email's to go to all contacts related to that customer. These people are the actual users of our products. Such as we are with Netsuite.
What is the best way to set this up? Is it even possible? For starters, I do not want to send the Invoice, just a notification email that an email has been sent to their AP Department.
