How do I search for outgoing messages from an Employee

Hi Guys, I'm familar with creating saved searches, but i'm trying to generate a search for the Manager to see all the outgoing emails from a sales Rep.

I dont know what type of search I should be doing nor the criteria i should be using..

I've tried contact search.
criteria: messages:Author, =Mine

search shows up nothing.. any help greatly appreciated.
