importing leads and vendors and then targeting them with a campaign

edited Nov 22, 2019 10:25AM in CRM 3 comments

This is probably a really dumb question given we've been using netsuite for about 6 years, but we've never really used campaign marketing features. That was handled in another system.

Some staff have just come back from a trade show and they have a list of contacts that represent both unqualified leads, and possible suppliers.  We'd like to email all of these contacts regardless if they're a potential customer or a potential supplier.

Looking through the lead import process, it appears that leads can only be a customer record and the vendors (even if only a potential) must be handled/imported separately as vendor records?  There is no equivalent of a 'vendor lead'?

Howdy, Stranger!
