How to show 2 different Phones (Bill To & Ship To) in Custom PDF Layout ?

In the Customized PDF layout for Delivery Order or Invoice, we have 2 different addresses to be shown in the printout:
(1) "Bill To" address  (Default Billing)
(2) "Ship To" address  (Default Shipping)
And both required to be shown in the printout together with the "Phone Number". Both addresses are with different phone numbers.
But in the Custom PDF Layout design, it can only find the element that can show the Phone from the Shipping address, but i unable to find the element that can show the Phone number from the "Billing address".
Please advise. Thank you.
