Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

CSE Leadsource
We have just started using a comparison website and are trying to track the customer leadsource and I have appended the code ?leadsource=103 to the item URLs.
Will this make the CUSTOMER leadsource = the CSE or only the TRANSACTION leadsource? I have read that in the past Netsuite will only trap a small percentage of leadsources using the ?leadsource= url appendage, is this still the case or can we expect to see accurate figures for:
Unique visitors
Leads (Does this figure include purchasers?)
Number of Purchasers
Total Revenue (Does this include shipping and sales tax?)
I can't seem to attach a cost per click to the campaign, which is not the same as the number of unique visitors and therefore an ROI. The information from the CSE is not that good because we expect to find that a lot of customers will generate repeat sales without using the CSE link and it is vital to track this information as it is directly attributable to the CSE.
