Opportunity Linking on Sales order/Quote

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Our Customer base on Netsuite is Reseller's and End-user's, however we only SELL to Resellers.
We quote our end-users SRP's and give them a list of Reseller's where they can make the purchase. So we would set the opportunity up on the End-user account.
But when we get the order from the reseller, we are unable to link the original opportunity to the SO as it is on the end-user's customer's account.
Also this applies to quoting our reseller's too for an end-user opportunity. We would like to be able to chose an opportunity from another account!
