One Customer, but 3 sales reps

We currently have one customer who is called on by 3 different sales reps.  We currently have this customer listed in our system as 3 different "customers" in order to make commissions easy.  But, it is making the accounting person's job miserable.

Is there a way to consolidate these three into one?  But still hold each sales rep accountable for the product line they sell them?
