Telephone Integration - alternatives to Five9

Our outbound team uses Five9 to make about 300 calls a week.  We don't use predictive dialing and have them work of a List View from Netsuite.  The Five9 helps to automate and proceduralize the calling and documenting of interactions.

However, we have found Five9 to be a tough vendor to work with as they don't seem to care about Netsuite and there will be frequent bugs that shut down our sales efforts.  Has anyone found another vendor that they have been happy with?
