Cisco ACD and NetSuite integration
Hi,
I was wondering if any one here has any experience in integrating NetSuite Support with Cisco Call Center. The requirement is to open the Customer or Case window upon incoming support calls from customers.
I believe the first step is to write NetSuite Views referencing the database.
but how does one invoke these views from Cisco and do we need to make any firewall changes if the Cisco Call Center is in the internal company network?
