Set Tax Item for Customers based on ZipCode or County
Our NetSuite account was set up with Tax Codes and Tax Groups that are correct. When entering new customers, it is not automatically assigning the Tax Item based on the address entered for the customer record. Therefore I would like to create a script/workflow to assign this properly. However, I found out the hard way that the Workflow engine does not allow the Tax Item field to be updated in the Set Field Value action (the field is not showing up in the drop-down here). This is causing much frustration and will require users to manually select the Tax Item,
