Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Updating contribution %
I am having trouble getting the correct Contribution %s on team selling splits.
I have a couple hundred records that had one sales team member, so I added an additional member using Mass Update: Sales Force Automation: Add Sales Team Member.
So now I have the two correct Sales Team Members, but the contribution % is wrong:
Member #1 (primary) is 100% - same as it was originally
Member #2 (the one added) is 0%
I need this split to be 65%/35%. I see no way to do this using a Mass Update.
I also have had no luck trying to do it with a CSV import. I used an Update process with Overwrite Sublists option selected, but I get errors saying the total needs to equal 100%. I am mapping the Customer InternalID with two lines per customer: one for each Sales Team Member and their appropriate %.
