Tax script needed
I spoke to NS and they said I need a script.
We have a web store and no one is taxed there unless they are in Ohio. But we also do in store sales. We use a cash sale for that. When we enter the customers the tax is easily selected automatically since they are in Ohio.
The problem:
Many of our customers also come from WV and PA to our Ohio store. When we enter them in as a customer it's easy to forget to check taxable and select the tax item so that it taxes them correctly. So I would like a way to make sure they are taxed when purchasing in the store.
