How to customize subscription opt-in email?
I'd like to modify the opt-in email that is sent out from Netsuite via the contact record or mass update. I'd like to include a first name of the contact I'm sending the email to and the Company logo.
The message seems to be only configurable under Marketing Preferences. I tries many different CRMSDK TAGS
<NLCONTACT>
<NLFIRSTNAME>
<NLENTITYID>
For logo I tried
<NLCOMPANYLOGO>
<NLUSERCOMPANYLOGO>
The only tag that converts in that message is:
<NLUSERCOMPANYNAME>
This can't be the only tag that converts. I'm sure Netsuite must have included the name of the contact your sending the email to I'm just not sure how to get the right tag. Any thoughts? Thanks.
