Can someone please tell me what the heck does "My Team and Unassigned" even do?
I am working out rules and territories and trying to get queues to work. Oh, a little frustrating not being able to set a rule based on Product or Module selected, by the way. I had to create mirror fields and set a workflow to set the field.
Anyway, I have a rule based on an email and a territory that is assigned to a group based on the rule. In the group I have two employees; myself and another test support employee. When I create a case with the rule it gets assigned to the group appropriately and I can see it in a case view when I select assigned to my group. I am in no other groups, btw. If I grab the case and I make sure there are other cases assigned to both the group and the other employee in my group, I expect
