Duplicate Customer Names
I've had this question a bunch from my sales reps, but don't have a good answer for them, maybe someone else does...
When a new customer is created, which happens to have the same name as a previous customer, the sales rep isn't warned until they click the save button. After the warning, they're returned to a blank customer form, and all of the information they've inputted about the customer is lost. Is there any way around this? It'd obviously be much better if it returned them to the screen, with the info still there so they could just make a change to the name.
