Saved Search that checks if a lead record has ever been looked at
Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right section for this post, but I'm wondering if it's possible to create a saved search that will tell us which leads have never been viewed in the back end...ie the system created the lead from an online lead form and no one from our company has ever viewed it.
If it's not possible to tell if someone has viewed it, is it possible to do a saved search that shows all leads that have only ever been set by "system" in the system notes?
Any help would be appreciated. I called netsuite support and they told me that none of this is possible and I would have to get professional services to help me.
