Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

Opportunity and customer desposite usage
Hello everyone.
It look like customer deposit can be used to take initial deposit for purchase. Our business can really use this feature. But it seems like you can generate Customer Deposit directly from Prospect or from opportunity record.
We are thinking about utilizing Opportunity to turn lead into a prospect.
My questions are:
1. How is Opportunity used in NetSuite? Is it used to track businesses in pipeline? How does creating Quotes or Invoice from Opportunity affects the reporting?
2. Is there a difference between creating quote from Prospect vs. creating quote from opportunity?
3. How can Customer Deposit be integrated from Opportunity or Prospect? It seems like there are multiple steps that must be taken to apply customer deposit but most importantly, it can only be applied to an invoice?
