Last Sales Activity - Success?

Hi there,

I've just discovered the LSA bundle and am excited to implement it and introduce the functionality to our sales force. I just have a couple of questions:

- How do I get this bundle to work on 'past' sales activity? I can't seem to get the LSA info to populate, even though I've set up the custom preferences to include all sales activities - suggestions? 
- In what ways have you found success with this bundle? How did you 'sell' it to your sales force as a helpful tool?
