Way to send Case updates under the Rep versus Company Name
Our partner sends us outgoing Case updates and it shows the name of the Rep who does the update in the email I get, rather than the company name listed under support preferences.
We would like to do this as well, but I can't find a way and the person who set it up for the partner is no longer with the company and they have no idea :h_a_w: Adding it to your personal preferences does nothing on a case except for the signature.
