Copying Company Records
i found in the customization section of NS that there is an option to "Make Copy" of a customer record. I would like this functionality for 2 reasons, but want it restricted as to whom can use it.
1. When I create a record for consulting firms. I create 2 records. 1 for our VIP program and another for the LD Reps with the name "Consultant" in the company name. So all consulting firms are created in NS for potential VIP program and their marketing, but are also set up for LD reps so they can be nurtured until we receive the name of their client that they are researching info for. The company name is changed after the name of the client is known.
