Share-a-sale Affiliate Marketing issue with home page

There appears to be a defect when trying to pass a tracking parameter to a hosted homepage. So say we create a partner id and add that parameter to our homepage url, for example: www.bettersitting.com/?leadsource=1234. When this link is used netsuite preforms a redirect to www.bettersitting.com, removing the tracking parameter. I am curious if you have had this issue as well, and if you found a work around?

I do know the tracking parameters will work on every other page such as categories or item detail pages. Netsute is only having an issue for the homepage since it is hosted.
