Customer in Customer Center Role can not find Items when enter Estimate
We allow certain customers to login as customer center role to our NetSuite account, enter estimates.
When they enter estimate, in the item list, only 1/3 of our inventory products are visible to this role. If customer enter a item number that is not visible to them, system will complaint that record no match.
Is there any limitation on the number of items customer center role can see? Even if they can not see the item list, I expect at least if they know the item number, by entering the item number they should be able to enter this item in this estimate.
