Unable to mail customer from the system - Failed - delivery failure
We received notice from a customer that wasn't recieving our emails though she hasn't opted out nor put us under spam.
Campaign response is Failed - delivery failure.
So I guess it's not spam.
But we emailed her directly from our company account and she can receive emails.
Any ideas how I cant track down the problem?
