Can a case have sub-cases?
We are trying to transition our case tool into Netsuite but we require the option of sub-cases spinning off from the master case.
The Use Case being:
Customer submits a bill for service. A case is generated and a case manager calls the customer to gather as much information as needed to support that bill. The case manager assigns the case to an employee. The employee goes off to research the bill but finds there may be other issues another 'dept' needs to track down so creates a 'sub'case and assigns to the speciallized 'dept'. Meanwhile the employee continues their investigation and determines a result. The case manager manages the case and all sub cases results for a final result and notifies the customer.
