Include cc on case replies
Hi,
I know there is an enhancement request for this item. I really need to figure out if there is some way to make this happen. I would appreciate any pointers in the right direction
We want to include users who were originally cc'ed on a support case to be included in all replies to the support case. For example, joe@user.com sends mail to our support address. He ccs his colleague mary@user.com because she's interested in finding out the answer. When the ticket is created, joe@user.com is in the email field of the case.
