Converting Leads

Hi,

We're currently implementing Netsuite and am not sure if we've hit a wall.

We have various online forms, which we are going to link into the Netsuite API to create leads to salespeople can make contact and convert them into Prospects/Opportunities.

The trouble we've found is, if a Lead is just a name, and is set to 'Individual', Netsuite won't allow you to 'convert' the lead, it is requesting a Company Name.

What happens if you're lead is an individual, with no Company Name? Netsuite doesn't seem to allow it.

Is there a preference we're missing, or is this a limitation?
