Currency on opportunities/quotes
Hi all,
I would expect the following to be a standard requirement of many companies working in international sales environments, so I hope someone can help.
We can't figure out how to change the currency on an opportunity or quote once its already been created, how does this work?
For example, a customer comes to us and expresses interest in a product (we don't know what currency they use so the default opportunity currency is GBP). The opportunity could last for a few days before we quote (as would be expected). The customer asks for a quote in USD - how do we do this? It seems to lock the currency down to GBP.
