YTD Growth by Customer

We are new to NetSuite and still learning about the reporting options.  Is there an easy way to pull or customize a report that shows sales growth by customer by year, but only comparing this YTD to LYTD?  Along with that, can I add a percentage into the report so that we can see the growth percentage right inside NetSuite without having to export to Excel and do the formula there?  Any help here would be appreciated.
