Edit Case Field Upon New Message/UserNote Via Script?
We have a custom field on the case entity that I need to update whenever a user adds a new message/user note/file to the case.
I have used beforeSubmit functions to update fields on the case record, but can I use this same approach on the message and note entities?
In looking at the record browser - I don't see the CASE as being a join to either messages or notes.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
