Ability to select Dynamic group in the Specific Recipients subtab of a saved search

Please vote in SuiteIdeas for # 146786

This seems like such a basic and necessary functionality. Bulk merge already exists. Scheduled Reports Already exist. Dynamic Groups already exist. So please vote for this enhancement.
  
  We send out a lot of searches as reminders and notifications to our employees several times a week. So this is quite a lot of work when we having to add each employee manually ipo selecting on role
