How to CC support mngr on all case replies?
Fellow NS users,
We are setting up a customer service department.
The support manager would like to be CC-ed on all replies sent to the customers by the support reps.
Is it possible to set up support in such a way that the CC-ing is done automatically, i.e. without the support reps having to manually select the support manager's email address every time they send a reply to a customer?
