Mass Duplicate Resolution
The new version of Mass Duplicate Resolution is very picky and I cannot merge many records now, I seem to get the same error:-
'Orbital Procurement Solutions' cannot be merged or deleted because Duplicate entity or his contact (Orbital Procurement Solutions) has access under same role but different credentials.
I have no idea what this means it sounds like it does not want to take my word for it that this is a duplicate. I have tried merging into the record with the most recent activity and merging the duplicate into the Master.
Looking at the two records the customer has moved address since creatingthe two accounts. In the past it would have just added the duplicate address to the master as an alternative address, now it just refuses to merge the two accounts.
0
