Send email to NS and have it auto find the right record (a la Salesforce)

I was just speaking with the someone at a company we just purchased and he allowed as how he could add a Salesforce specific email address to his BCC from Outlook and Salesforce would automatically parse the TO and CC and append the email to the right record (contact in this case). That's super slick and so easy a salesman could do it.

Is there anyway to do that with NetSuite without crazy scripting?

Actually, thinking about it, I don't guess it would be that crazy but I am super busy....
