Email Deleted when Editing Customer
We are working on getting our Help Desk set up in NetSuite. When experimenting, I discovered that if an email is received from an email address that is not in the system the case is linked to Anonymous Customer.
When you open the case and try to correct the customer name listed, the sender's email address is deleted.
NetSuite says this is not a defect, but gave me no direction on how to fix it.
Has anyone else figured this out?
