Email Notification for Inbound Messages
I am trying to find a way to get all inbound messages related to new, open, or closed cases to trigger a saved search alert or other type of outbound email to be sent. I tried using an email alert tied to when cases are created or updated but it appears that a message coming in is not treated as an update. Any ideas?
